None of our deliveries are subject to import charges, regardless of your country. 

Processing Times

We want you to get your items as quickly as possible! Orders take between 1-2 business days to process after placing the order before shipping out.

Where can I find my tracking number?

When your items are shipped out, you should receive an automatic notification via email providing you with a tracking number.

Delivery

Depending on your area most orders will be delivered by your local post service, so the package will be in your regular mail. If you are not home when a delivery is made, a notice card may be left by the postal service to advise on how and where your parcel can be collected. 

Unexpected Delays

In some cases, delivery may take longer than the standard shipping times listed above.
Most of these delays are caused by international customs processing, which is beyond our control, or by increased shipment volumes during holidays and seasonal shopping peaks, when temporary delays with logistics partners may occur.
