All orders are subject to approval. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for reasons including but not limited to: limited inventory, pricing or listing errors, or suspected fraud. If payment has already been made, a full refund will be issued for canceled orders.

All orders must be paid in full at the time of purchase. We accept secure payment methods such as credit/debit cards and PayPal. You agree to provide valid and accurate billing information. Failure to do so may result in a delayed or failed order.

5. Shipping and Delivery

We aim to process orders quickly and efficiently. Shipping times may vary depending on location and carrier performance. ThreadPlay is not liable for delays beyond our control, including customs processing, courier issues, or incorrect delivery addresses.

6. Returns and Refunds

If you’re not satisfied with your order, we offer a return window (as specified in our Return Policy). Items must be unused, in original packaging, and returned within the allowed timeframe. Refunds will be issued according to our Return & Refund Policy.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ThreadPlay shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of our products or website. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific product in question.

All product images on our website are for illustrative purposes only. While we strive for accuracy, actual products may vary slightly in color, size, or appearance due to screen settings, lighting, manufacturing variations, or hand-crafted elements. These differences do not constitute defects or grounds for return unless the item is significantly different from its description.

13. Product Availability and Substitutions

While we strive to keep our inventory accurate, some products may become unavailable after an order is placed. In such cases, we may offer a substitution of a similar item of equal or greater value. You will be contacted via email for approval before any substitution is made.

If we do not receive a response within 7 calendar days, we reserve the right to make one of the following decisions at our discretion:

• Proceed with a suitable substitution,

• Issue a full or partial refund, or

• Cancel the affected item from the order.

We will act in good faith and in the customer's best interest when making such decisions. You will be notified via email regarding the outcome.

Customer Cooperation
The customer agrees to cooperate fully with any investigations regarding lost, missing, or stolen packages. This includes providing requested documentation and responding to inquiries within a reasonable timeframe.  

Missing or Undelivered Packages
If a package is marked as delivered by the carrier but not received by the customer, the customer must notify us within 5 business days of delivery confirmation.

To process any refund or replacement, the customer is required to provide proof of non-delivery. Acceptable documentation includes, but is not limited to:

• A police report or official theft report filed with local authorities,

• A signed affidavit or sworn written statement declaring non-receipt, or

• Any other documentation reasonably requested by us to verify the claim.

 

Failure to provide such documentation may result in denial of a refund or replacement.

Delivery and Risk of Loss
We work with trusted carriers to deliver your order to the shipping address you provide at checkout. Once the carrier marks your package as delivered, the responsibility for the package transfers to you. If you experience any delivery issues, please contact us promptly so we can assist in locating your package.
